Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the Court of and the tenants.
- The suites can only be reserved after payment.
- (If with a deposit: ) The outstanding balance of the rent and the security deposit must be paid no later than 1 month before the start of your stay. If the booking is made less than 1 month before the start of your stay, the security deposit and the full amount must be paid within 3 days of reservation approval.
- The tenants will receive a reservation confirmation by email.
- The security deposit is a fixed amount of €200 per rental period.
- The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of the tenant's departure, provided all obligations have been met.
- Upon departure, the tenant shall leave the suite, furniture, various appliances etc. tidy. All food must be removed from cupboards, the refrigerator and the freezer.
- No animals allowed
- No smoking is permitted inside the building.
- The maximum number of people per suite is 2.
- The landlord is not liable and does not accept responsibility for:
- Accidental damage, injury, loss, or harm caused by or to persons residing in the apartment or any other person.
- Third-party damage, loss of personal belongings.
- Noise nuisance due to traffic, construction, neighbours, etc., in and around the building.
- The malfunction or decommissioning of technical equipment in the suites, temporary failure or disruption in and around the suites of water and/or energy supply, unannounced street works, and construction work around the building.
- Apparent errors or mistakes on the website or other notices.
- Accidents in or around the apartment.
The tenant is jointly and severally liable for:
- All loss and/or damage to the rented property and its inventory, regardless of whether this is the result of the tenant's actions or omissions or those of third parties present in the rented property with the tenant's consent.
- In case of improper use or improper leaving of the rented flat, the tenant may be charged additional costs.
- The landlord will endeavour to provide the tenant with correct information, but is not liable for any unforeseen inaccuracies and/or omissions in the information provided.
- The arrival and departure times will be confirmed in writing or by email.
- On the day of arrival, you can enter the suite from 3:00 PM.
- On the day of departure, you must vacate the premises by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Cancel
- If the tenant cancels the rental of a suite or the wellness accommodation for any reason whatsoever, they must inform the landlord thereof immediately.
- A telephone notification of this must be confirmed in writing or by e-mail. He nevertheless remains liable for the following amount:
30% of the rental fee in the event of cancellation between the time of booking and 6 weeks before the start of the stay.
40% of the rental fee in the event of cancellation between 6 and 5 weeks before the start date.
50% of the rental fee in the event of cancellation between 5 and 4 weeks before the start date.
60% of the rental fee in the event of cancellation between 4 and 3 weeks before the start date.
75% of the rental fee in the event of cancellation between 3 and 2 weeks before the start date.
90% of the rental fee in the event of cancellation between 2 weeks and 1 week before the start date.
100% of the rental fee in the event of cancellation in the final week before the start!
We recommend that you take out travel insurance and cancellation insurance with your insurance broker.
Acceptance
- If the tenant fails to comply with these conditions, or if the landlord incurs costs due to breach of contract, loss, damage or the like, these costs will be reimbursed by the tenants.
- These terms and conditions are accepted by the tenant upon payment
- The tenant acknowledges having read these terms and conditions.
