When collecting and processing your personal data, we comply with Belgian data protection regulations as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) from its entry into force on 25 May 2018.

What personal data do we collect from you?

We wish to inform you that you are responsible for all data that you provide to us and that we rely on its accuracy. Should your data no longer be up-to-date, we request that you inform us of this as soon as possible.

You are not obliged to share your personal data, but you understand that the provision of certain services or collaboration will be impossible if you do not agree to their collection and processing.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We store your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of our processing activities. Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

How do we ensure the security of your data?

We take the security of your personal data very seriously. Therefore, we use various technical and organisational measures to protect your data appropriately against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. For example, we store personal data that you share with us on computer systems that have limited access and are always secured with passwords.

Right to access and inspection: you have the right to access the data we hold about you free of charge and to check how it is being used.

Right to erasure or restriction of processing: you have the right to ask us to erase or restrict the processing of your personal data in the circumstances and subject to the conditions laid down by the General Data Protection Regulation. We may refuse to erase or restrict any personal data that is necessary for us to perform a legal obligation, to perform the agreement, or for our legitimate interests, and for as long as these data are necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

Right to data portability: you have the right to receive your personal data, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You have the right to transmit this data to another controller.

Right to object: you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on serious and legitimate grounds. However, please note that you cannot object to the processing of personal data that is necessary for us to fulfil a legal obligation, execute a contract or for our legitimate interest, as long as this data is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Right to withdraw consent: If the processing of personal data is based on prior consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent. This personal data will then only be processed if we have another legal basis for doing so.

Automated decision-making and profiling: We confirm that the processing of personal data does not include profiling and that you will not be subject to fully automated decision-making.

Disclosure to third parties

Certain personal data collected by us will be passed on to and potentially processed by third-party service providers, such as our IT supplier, accountant, auditor, or employees.
